We all look at the new year with wide and bright eyes. We dream of what can be in a year that is still a blank slate. We know we can make things happen in a year that has not yet begun.

The sad thing is that even though we mean well, even though we have the best intentions, we soon realize that all the promises we made ourselves and our loved ones were actually made in a drunken stupor and you have no idea how you are going to accomplish everything that you want.
