A Very Simple Life in the Heart of LA

When you think of Los Angeles, CA you probably think about movie stars, Beverly Hills, lots of money and sunshine and lots of trending stuff. What you probably don't think of is a family vegetable garden. What you never would think of is a family in a sub-urban LA neighborhood that grows all its own food on that sub-urban lot.

All Natural Methods for STOPPING SNORING

Many of us have a spouse or significant other that we lay down next to every night. We love our partner. We love them so much that we often put up with their bad habits. You know, kicking, hogging the covers or blanket even the crowder that seems most content when they leave us with just a few inches of bed space.

We also have to suffer with noise. Many of us have to deal with loud, ear popping, head splitting, sleep depriving snoring from our partner. This noise often cuts into our sleep by waking up up. In the morning we still feel tired, even drained of energy.

Understand that your partner is also being robbed of a good night sleep as well. Yes, snoring can cause a person to stop breathing and this can lead to a number of other ailments that could lead eventually to an early death. Not trying to scare you or your partner but it is important to know that snoring can be a serious health issue and should not be ignored.

You may have heard all the tips about stopping snoring such as rolling your partner over on their side or stomach. Maybe even tapping them on the head or shoulder to get them to roll over. You may have even tried the head gear that keeps the mouth closed or the nasal bandages that are supposed to open the airway and reduce snoring.
